You raise so many valuable points here.  
One of which is work without passion = a job.  People may as well get a second job to earn the extra income they need if they are not passionate about what they are doing as an entrepreneur.
I read Crush It by Gary Vaynerchuck recently and it really opened my eyes to defining my own passion.
He works 8-9 hours a day after he finishes his daily video show and doesn&#039;t feel it&#039;s work because interacting on the Social Networking sites is a passion for him.
I like to ask myself: would I be doing what I&#039;m doing even if I couldn&#039;t earn a cent?  When I get a resounding YES, I know I&#039;m on track.
